Assistify

I didn't originally plan to build this project, but after witnessing a friend struggle academically to understand a 27-page PDF, I got the idea to make it simple for students like him.

In addition to allowing students to upload PDFs and chat with the document—basically asking it questions about the PDF—Assistify is an AI-powered project that functions similarly to Chat PDF in that it features a code assistant that can help explain code snippets, fix bugs, or write code based on the logic you provide. Its objective was to facilitate students' learning.

A week into building the user interface, I discovered that Chat PDF was already a website that did the same thing, but that didn't stop me from building it. Even though the project is still in the planning stages and has not yet been published, I still hope to complete it someday. The design will be altered, and new features will be added in response to the rapid advancement of AI. But for the time being, I have a lot to learn and projects to work on.
